Tri City Glass and Door is a locally owned, family operated business founded in 1960 and was the first company in the entire Fox River Valley to offer a complete mobile auto glass service. In September of 1976, the business was moved to the present location at 100 W. Northland Ave in Appleton and serves to this day as the corporate headquarters. This location provides a complete automotive glass service as well as residential windows, glass and mirrors. Businesses and commercial glass customers can also be serviced from this location for glass repairs and replacements.

By the end of 1990, the Appleton location could no longer accommodate the rapid growth in our business, especially in the Commercial Glass and Hollow Metal Divisions. In October of 1991, a new store was opened at 484 Hickory Farm Lane in Appleton under the name of Valley Door Sales. This divisionÙs major concentration is with furnishing glass and glazing products to business customers and institutions. In less than five years, Valley Door Sales was again in need of an expansion. A new building was completed in December of 1996 at the corner of Northland Avenue and Roemer Road, the entrance to Appleton's premier north side industrial park.
